AND for those of you wondering, Eka AND Klurkk (Wasdstomp) are both WONDERFULLY good renown, matter of fact I hit 81 on Klurkk.

But anyhow, back to my rant.  My problems with 1.4.

Though there is very many GOOD stuff about it, I'll decide to rant as I have no other post today. (SORRY GUYZ)

There are too many City seiges: I R CRITICALOFTRU, I am sorry, but it's true.  On saturday (I was on 19 hours that day... oh boy I need a life) there were a nice total of 7 city seiges (if I remember right.. at least 5 for sure).  Not that that's bad or anything.. just it stops my gutter runner ganky ganky stabby stabby.  And it can get really lame if you have no warband.

Not to mention the bug that's going on that says your instance is full please queue (To fix this, join queue and leave queue as you're running into city).  That has caused some firey arguements in region chat. And ragequits.  And I know they sorta kinda tried to stop low rank players from rolling on sovereign and stuff, but there are still lowbies who do it.  Just to be asses most of the time.  Don't get me wrong, opt out on gold bag is amazingly awesome, but I think they need to HALT all sub 40s rolling on sov. Even sub rr 50 or 60.  Not to mention people who don't have the rvr pack can roll on doomflayer and warpforged. 

And bacon.  And cats.  Don't forget Bacony Cats.

But seriously, what is the deal with the griffons/manticores you can fly on.  Theres too few of them, theres a freaking LINE for them.

This is a serious to god picture for waiting for flying mounts that bomb for 300 damage each hit. No, not kidding, the line even got BIGGER, and by then I was laughing so hard licorice came out of my ears. (Wait..what?)

Skaven wait times are ridiculously long.  Theres this poor black orc who any time of the day he'll be spamming in region.

Wheres the skaven at......" you almost feel bad for him because he only enjoys gutter runner.  It's quite sad actually.  What if Tom Cruise lost his wife?  What if Scooby lost Shaggy? What if Sarah Palin lost her way of talking? Or worse... What if Amy Winehouse lost her drugs OMGWTF. 

Enough on the black orc who smokes skaven (I suppose it's better than any other drug)

Anyhow, I want my skaven, I don't want to wait 30 minutes.  And after that 30 minutes I don't want to be sitting at the spawn for 20 minutes right clicking on the portal hoping to be the first one to get skaven (average # of people waiting at a destro portal on gorfang is around 4 or 5)

80-100 was fun 80-81.  I hit 81, and now I'm just like.... god... 19 more ranks to go... and magically lost all determination.  (By the way, I hear Xylophone, AM on my server is nearing rr 85...and that was on saturday afternoon.. imagine now..)  Sure... 80-100 was designed to give me more ranks to grind.. but ... Yeah I can't complain

Wow! Wow! Now I'm going to have to grind renown again??!?!  (By the way, for the record, I can't wait to see who hits rr 100 first so I can laugh at them for playing 3 days straight... but at the same time I'll be jealous)

When I found out that the rvr pack was coming on 11/18 I rushed downstairs and started screaming at the person who was currently playing WAR about it.
Their reaction wasn't so excited as myself.

YES! YES! OH MY GOD! Ok ok! I'll stop I'm done with the cat pics...

But I started screaming and the person playing ran away under the couch to ponder/sleep about what the rvrpack will be like.

So I could then scream in /t4 "GOYZ! GOYZ! THAR BE AN RVRPACK 11/18!" and people giving me tells that I'm trolling and stuff and when I bet 500g they were like "OMG yooz real!??!" (Ilthay -_-)

But to be honest, I could give a damn about rvrpack, I don't want to grind more levels, I'm having a perfectly good time relaxing at 80, I don't want to stress for two more years to hit 100.  The thing I am loving though is the 1.4 changes to tiers and SCs, I am so excited for SCs.

I'll be honest, I was addicted to solo healing for renown during my time grinding to 80, now with the ranks I highly doubt I will do that.

I am also very fond of the white warpforged helm.

I don't have a picture for it, but OH MY GOD it looks like something I'd dress a 5 year old in for halloween. It's pretty uh... weird. It's like a kitty face for a helm :D

Ok, so the new tank crap gear was released today, along with a new stat that makes me feel happy, because I'll be invulnerable.  One of the questions I have, is am I going to look like a random hobo but be powerful like no other.  Or am I going to look like a demi-god but be about as good as sovereign.

My guess would be the first.  I'm going to look like a nice chunk of Khaine poo, but i'll have 4 conq WHs behind me and I'll be giggling all the way to Karl Franz.

Sorry had a nice little breakdown just thinking about it, how freaking sad will it be when we farm for eleven hours. And we don't even have 1/100 of the things to by the arm piece for it.

I also wonder how annoying it will be at 99-100 to grind for a week and be 5% in.
RR 79-80 was like 500k. 99-100 is going to be hell.

What if there were an entire LOTD type world (with both realms allowed in at once) but it wasn't really a nice landscape.. it was just lots of tunnels and doors...

Like the Altdorf Sewers for instance. Something nice and skinny, so you can set ambushes, it'd be perfect for ganking.

  All the cool (bright wizard) college kids are doing it, and by it I mean making out in some secluded area of this land because it's closed in and no one can see them.

You know, that'd be a weird thing for mythic to add, LOTM, Land of the Mono...How would that fit into lore though... Skaven type.. mono.. or...

Oh I'm getting distracted again.  Anyways, (I don't write a pre-write, these side conversations are not planned, I just type what I'm thinking at the moment...pretty sad, huh?) Anyways.  But what would bring a person to that zone.  Maybe a Hydra that wanders and drops rvr pieces?  Hydra spawns randomly and you have to find him?
"BUT TROO, DAT BE PVE!" Well lets pull a Mythic and make it PvP somehow.  Like.. 24 VS 24 Land of the dead but without the realm control!? :-D 
What would NOT be fun would be a wandering skaven, because I want to see something you never see in game.  I used Hydra as an example, maybe a Great Unclean One who wanders, like the one in Bilerot Burrow.  And don't make 'em pussy little lesser ward heroes. Make them supreme ward lords. Make them hard to kill, not retardedly hard to kill, just a challenge.
Don't make the zone huge, make it so small that PvP encounters are almost certain. You know what.  Make not just Warcamps at the opposite side of the map, don't make level 55 guards, make it a random spawn when you fly there, or whatever you'd do. 

To combat spawn camping, make a giant Kitten Doggy Platypus Cliff that you jump off of and die so you cannot even get to the fighting.  Hell, put Amy Winehouse in front of the warcamp.  That oughta scare people away.  You know what, lets make a nice list of celebrities you wouldn't even go near.

You could even make it instanced, like a scenerio, 12 people can enter at a time both fight the supreme lord whilst killing each other.  Make the lord not just drop the gear, make the late game gear drop rare.  Make him have a chance to drop weapons, jewelry, currency.  Ect.

Make there a big arena type room where you can duel the same faction, even though

Hell, make a guy like the skull lord wander around the whole place.  That's one place I'd like to be with a party. Only problem with giant awesome npcs who drop epicness is how would they get through the little doors in such a maze?

Because of a record low total of 3 views two days ago. ("Doktordre.blogspot.com" in guild chat won't hurt just once :-P... no I'm not a selfish arse...most of the time)  I'm gonna make a post about absolutely nothing and Warhammer in general.

I didn't play the new scenerio, well, just once, and I felt like this:

That scenerio is FREAKING SMALL.

I'd walk out of the starting portal and then get eaten alive by order premades.  And people complain that people afk in that SC, How can you not see why!??!

This is terrible for me, as I play in the afternoon, and my main thing I do is SCs, so I usually join SCs, get whomped, then log off for the night which does not help me strive for 80.
Then the rvr pack will come around and the cap will be raised to 100, which does not help with my want to play my WH. 
Darn.

Ahem, thanks to Bootae I decided that I really hate the RvR pack, no it really doesn't have anything to do with anything he said, but the fact he asked his viewers "What are you least and most looking forward to from 1.4 and the RvR Pack?"
I decided I'd give an honest to god answer and...

While that last suggestion, no matter how far-fetched, is completely true, I'd like to yell and scream and toss my kitty down the stairs Onto a nice fluffy pillow, (I wub my kitty).
Ok, not really, just anger seems to draw people in and be interested (Think Mel Gibson when in doubt)
 
Now to the happy part of the day.  400% renown fighting on a BO gave me 3-4% in about 2 minutes, a flip usuually gives me .75-1% renown, so in other words, 2 minutes of fighting against order got me about 8000 renown.
 
 

Of course, all that renown in the combat log isn't all the renown I earned in the two minutes, only all I earned in about 10-20 seconds.  I just feel the need to say "HAR HAR, RENOWN!" as renown is my booze.

I've been psyched about hitting 80 forever (even though I'm making no real effort because I wanna play my WH so bad) I knew this would happen.  When I was about rr 45 I said to my guild officer in Warhounds, "Dude, right before I hit 80, they're gonna raise the rr cap higher, you just watch" 

Not sure if he remembers it, but when he logs on I'm going to remind him that I win the game and I hate being right.

So this leaves me with a decision... Screw hitting 80 first then playing my witch hunter, or just leave my dok at 75 and play my Witch Hunter.

Frankly, I like plan B, however, whenever I play him I get paranoid I'm not yet 80 on my dok.  When they raise the rr cap, then I'll need to get to 100 before I can play my WH, I really want to stab stuff and shoot stuff.
