An Official "Goodbye"

Well, as I haven't been making blog posts lately it pretty much goes without saying that I'm not as active as I used to be. :(
So this is pretty much my official goodbye from blogging and super active pew pew playing.
I actually still check my blog stats and see how much views I get every now and again, and I'm surprised to say it's still over 1,000 in the past few months that I have been inactive, which flatters me. Whether you're looking for pictures of cats or just... looking cause you're bored I appreciate all the people who have come to my blog. I really honestly didn't think I would get over 500 views but hey, adding a cat here and there (particularly an obese kitteh) will boost views a bit, right? :-P

I would thank certain people for making my Warhammer experience extra awesome, but the list is too long and I'd undoubtedly leave out people that really deserve it (after all, everyone has made my experience better, and I can't remember everyone). And like... who cares what I think :P

I'll still be on Warhammer doing maybe a scenerio or two, but if you happen to see me in game, it will be on a t1-t3 alt whose name ends with "oftru".. most likely.

And as I say goodbye, I shall give you all a parting picture.

I decided to take a scenerio right after I entered a Thanquol's Incursion. Worst. Idea. Evar.

First, whenever you leave TI you get the exit scenerio screen, which was stuck on my screen in the scenerio, so I couldn't see anything.

THEN as I was trying to navigate my way trying to avoid the stupid screen I fell.. and became stuck where I fell.

Woot! Made it 2 feet then got stuck, after waiting for the scenerio to end (Which was annoyingly long considering it was a Reikland Factory SC) I found myself in a new instance of TI.. stuck inside.

No matter how many times I press Yes, it does not let me out, so I am stuck in TI trying to find a way out.

I guess I'll need to wait the 20 minutes for my book of binding to cool down.

The new T7 appearance armor is actually good I think. I apologize because I have nothing to say, as stated in my last post I an tired of these filler posts that aren't funny or even slightly entertaining. Which is why I have raised poll times to 2 weeks rather than one. Huzzah.

But yeah.. I like the new armor sets, but I want to see DoK's ;-D

Hello there, Mythic, every 8 hours things happen, and they're not always good things. I am requesting that you please change the lockout timer to like.. I don't know, 4 hours. Because 8 hours is too long, not only that but the timer is also buggy, and I've had it not start until I've played about 4 hours in, so instead of 8 hours it was actually 4 hours. Hell, sometimes when I play my Order character's it doesn't even start... that is until I log out. Played 6 hours, check timer, oh hey, the timer is at 8 hours.

The following picture is of a player who has realized he still has a billion years to play on his lockout timer.

Mwahaha! You thought I wouldn't fit in a cat in this post but I did! But this cat's story is quite sad, he decided he wanted to try a Warrior Priest but ended up not liking the class, so he tried to go back to destro but... HE STILL HAD 7 HOURS ON HIS LOCKOUT TIMER. /gasp

3 hours left would be a reasonable time don't you think? It would not seem like a large gap like 7 hours does.

But really.. I would suggest that the lockout timer's timer be changed to like.. 4 hours instead of 8 hours, I think 8 hours is too long.

I got tons of exp today because of the tons of scenerio pops I was getting. It's odd, I got one pop in the past two weeks ive been in t3, then today I got at least 10. Weird stuff.

Minor Let Down

New Content isn't much of a "big" announcement. But at least I don't need to pay Eka 100g.

EDIT: I heard news a good player Xylophone (Known on Karak Norn, Karak Azgal, And Gorfang) was banned for item duping, which everyone who knows him claims he is innocent. Xylo is a good player, I know he is an honest player as well and he would never item dupe. What I think happened is he accepted a duped item without knowing it and was banned for this "offense." Please email Dispute@Warhammeronline.com and say he is innocent. Remember, this isn't coming from a player who played alongside him and had good times, this is coming from a player who had his butt kicked hard daily by this player and made me almost rage quit at some points because he was so good, he is a very nice guy and an honest player. Thank you in advance if you appeal this to the email I linked.

Thehealeroftru's Guide To Losing in College of Corruption

Hello! I am as you know Thehealeroftru and I will be guiding you through the new scenerio introduced for this live event, College of Corruption, or is it THE College of Corruption.

Either way, We will be looking at it from destro's perspective.

As you run in you will be at the bottom of the tower, allowing Order to hold the stairs and bomb you as much as they can, more RDPS = more winning for order, and you as destro can do nothing about it other than squirm, and spam emotes.

As you can see by looking in this SC, there is also a very large bolt of fire or laser beam or something in the middle, But I don't think that is very important. Oh... wait....

WOW! Isn't it cool that Order can bomb you from above through the little hole it comes through? Isn't this a nice feature?

NOPE!!

No, you cannot shoot through the ground good sir, especially if you are MDPS, because that is not what your class is supposed to do.

Now, you might be saying, "Well Tru, why don't you just walk up the stairs and fight them?"

Assuming they do not kill you before you even reach the stairs you find the stairs and the doorway to the 2nd floor to be... well...Small.

Yes the stairs are very narrow, and please, when there's a fire in the building walk down them in an orderly fashion.
Of course it makes sense that BWs are superior to all in this scenerio, it is the Bright Wizard College amirite?

Yes we are above, however my poorly drawn skill for ranged only reaches 100 feet, from that far back from the battle we can only watch them rampage down the stairs and bomb our allies from above.

"Ok.. but aren't there the new play as a monster things that can help you?"
OH I ALMOST FORGOT!!

This new scenerio gives you the ability to be... this thing, it's like something of aqshy I think I don't really know or care. However, at the sides of the main rooms there are altars that you right click on and it makes you a not so shiny fire guy. You get five new abilities as this fire guy, only one I really found worth using. The first one is spammableand hits your target for (according to the tooltip) 600 or so damage. The second ability unleashes those Aqshy Sprites that kind of do nothing it seems to wherever you are standing. That third ability is supposedly an aoe attack that does like 1.5k damage to the enemy, but whenever I use it it doesn't seem to do nearly that much, maybe it's because they're getting healed or something. The fourth ability makes allies near you (up to 6) powered up, I don't quite remember and I'm too lazy to go check, I think it was an alright ability if I recall. The last ability ressurects EVERYBODY near you, and they respawn at your corpse. I have not yet used this ability, I assume it kills you :(

I will continue to trudge through this SC over the weekend because I feel the need to complete everything.

By the way, sorry for lack of posts lately, leveling up my WH and the only thing I can post about while leveling up a char is how pretty t3 is and how I will never get my sovereign.

Dear Mythic.. Why did you put this area of random champions and heroes behind a PQ in Chrace?

It make no sense good friends! Well you know what..

Dear Mythic.. why do you have any of these Hero/Champion and Random Heros? I mean they're all over the map :( It's not like you get anything if you kill them.

And this isn't all of em I've found, just the ones I've taken screenshots of in the past. Who can forget the random Hero High Elf in Avelorn, or the Hero Treekin in caledor. I do all the quests so they can't be for a quest. And they're usually not for a tome unlock (Other than the Hydra above... I just wanted to show him) so Mythic.. WHY THEY THERE??!!? They all over teh map in all teh zones!!

Dear Mythic.. Why isn't this mine blowing up?

I found it off the coast of barak varr while exploring a day or so ago and it didn't esplode. and I was sad. Very sad indeed. Why it no esplode?

Your Griffon: A guide on how to take care of your favorite pet evar

First off: Happy father's day to all who it applies to.

Hola! I decided not to use "hello" because it's an overused word, but I suppose 'Hola' would be overused as well if we went to Latin America or Spain or something.
Anyways, I have recently discovered that I love the cute little bird dragon mount thing I ride on, and I've created a mastery guide on how to treat it well.

You've gotten your new Griffon!

He is 10 feet tall, weighs a ton and is waiting for you to give him love and attention. Now because mounts are magic in this game, I really can't give you specifics. But a good thing to do would be to rub his belly and then bring him to some water. Elf water is his favorite.

But don't put him too close to the water! Or he will disappear for some random reason because he is magic, and that is my only explanation for it. Riding your mount can make it tired, be sure to take a rest every 9-10 hours.

That is all. I have no guide on your griffon, I am sorry, he is not complex at all.

PS: Someone said getting 10k dragon kills gives you a dragon mount, confirmation?

I didn't ask you if they needed to have that happen to them, but thank you for informing us on how you feel.
I've been playing in t2 lately on my WH on gorfang Thehaeleroftru (Some moron took 'Thehealeroftru') and I notice that a good 33% of classes I see are DoKs, and it makes me very ashamed to have a DoK. It's like when you were a kid you get that new toy that's cooler than anything else, then everyone else starts to get that toy and you're like "Wtf, I hate that toy"... no just me?

But it kind of sucks when you're beating on a sorc or something and some dok comes over and is all "LOLREND SOUL! LOLREND SOUL! YOU DEAD BROSEF!" Then /lols at your dead body. Oh well, better go leech some more renownz.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, ORDER AND DESTRO, KITTIES AND DOGGIES I present to you my design for patch 1.4.4! 1.4.3 brought 300,000 players back to the game and also has given us 300,000 new players and WAR is back in action! So I have been assigned in bringing you the newest patch! First off, I'd like to show you my new pink tie I got in honor of this occasion.

Yes, this is a tie. How wonderful wouldn't you say?

Anyways. We have major changes coming for you! Here are the patch notes for 1.4.4!

Highlights:

We are adding a new zone... straight out of the warhammer lore books. It will be called Sahmyou-ale-Jagsoon. Sahmyou-ale-Jagsoon will be a land of many voices and intrigue, you must fly to get there.. but watch out for those pesky snakes!
A new dungeon in Sahmyou-ale-Jagsoon! This dungeon will have not require wards and instead tome unlocks gotten! Oooh won't the players love this! We cannot give you more details on this dungeon only that it will be really, really awesome and you will have so much fun exploring it's secrets!
Waldo is being added randomly to each zone. Should you find waldo you will receive a waldo token, if you amass 5 tokens it is good for a free lap dance from Charlie Sheen. (We'd also like to take this time to apologize for the offense we may have caused with our addition of Osama Bin Laden to land of the dead)

Combat and Careers:

Archmage

Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue that caused them to deal spirit damage, then will now appropriately deal physical damage
Balance Changes: Added ability called "Isha's Pregnant!!" that causes all female characters in the area to have their strength increased by 90 and causes all male characters in the area to have all stats reduced by 10.

Black Guard

Bug Fixes: Fixed tome unlock, OH WAIT LOL thats for another section.
Balance Changes: Guard now is 800% more effective than other tanks. Just because "guard" is in their name

Black Orc

Bug Fixes: Fixed a tooltip issue that we will not reveal to you, we just want to look like we're doing something
Balance Changes: Added ability called "Screw Da Plan!" which makes your Black Orc reroll a Chosen.

Bright Wizard

Bug Fixes: Fixed a bug that made them shoot fire, they now appropriate shoot silly string
Balance Changes: Lowered damage of all abilities but made them as strong as an Ironbreaker

Choppa

Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue causing the ability "Get To Da Choppa!" to not appropriately play sound wav when used. It will now correctly play the exact sound clip from the movie
Balance Changes: Created an ability called "Da Wedgie!" usable only on Slayers. Further clarification is not needed.

Chosen

Bug Fixes: Ravage now does physical damage instead of spirit damage.
Balance Changes: Added new ability called "Stench." Can only be used as a morale 3 and makes your chosen take off all his sweaty armor exposing his stinky body to enemies and friendlies alike. Staggers them until they are hit or til they puke.

Disciple of Khaine

Bug fixes: Fixed Fist of Khaine tooltip issue, ability is now correctly named "Fist of Chris Brown"
Balance Changes: Created ability called "Khaine's the Father." When used around an Archmage the archmage immediatly loses 80% health, the dok loses 98%. When used there's a "Jerry! Jerry!" chant in the backround

Engineer

Bug Fixes: The one Magnet move now pulls people from all across the world.
Balance Changes: Gave the Engineer modern day technology, all machines are now a lot more effective. Added new ability called "Nuclear Bomb" that is an aoe auto crit stagger that does 5000 damage.

Ironbreaker

Bug Fixes: Corrected a bug that caused Cave-In's knockdown to last a decade.
Balance Changes: Added a move called "Aye Enjoy Grudges!" that causes them to turn red from rage and burst like a water balloon, instantly killing the ironbreaker but creating a youtube viral hit.

Knight of the Blazing Sun

Bug Fixes: Fixed their graphic helm that makes them look like a silly clown (Invader gear I think it is)
Balance Changes: Added a move called "Sigmar Refresh Me!" which spawns a Sunny D bottle which they can drink and regain 600 health. Cannot be used after the ability "Brush Teeth"

Magus

Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue dealing with the disc. The disc now appropriate drags on the ground when at low health and running away (because that would make sense for them moving slower, right?)
Balance Changes: Made all their DoTs spirit damage and all their demons now breakdance on command.

Marauder

bUG fIXES: mY CAPS LOCK IS BACKWARDS. This has been fixed
Balance Changes: Added new mutation to marauder, "Cannon." Which switches all their str to balistics and their melee power/crit to ranged power/crit and so on. Shoots projectiles, can only auto attack.

Rune Priest

Bug Fixes: Fixed even more freakin' tooltips
Balance Changes: Whenever someone says "RP" to signal a rune priest, they will instead be given renown points. This ability can only be used once a day. Renown points given will vary, you will receive renown points equivilent to how many calories Rosie O'Donnell has consumed in the past hour.

Shadow Warrior

Bug Fixes: Now made them fat, they are no longer as skinny as supermodels
Balance Changes: All abilities damage increased by 500 damage, festerbomb however, now deals only 7 damage.

Shaman

Bug Fixes: Everytime a hack accusation is made about Gork Sez Stop, 500 snotlings will be eaten.
Balance Changes: Added ability called "Mork Sez Go!" Which is basically the opposite of Gork Sez Stop, if both Mork Sez Go and Gork Sez Stop are used on the same target then the world will explode and simply cease to exist. Dealing 30,000 damage to all individuals in any zone.

Slayer

Bug Fixes: Mohawk now is multicolored!
Balance Changes: Added ability called "Diaper Change" which increases slayer speed by 40% for 30 minutes. Can only be used once every 6 hours.

Sorceress

Bug Fixes: All male sorcs have been executed by request of Malekith.
Balance Changes: Same as bright wizard.

Squig Herder

Bug Fixes: Squigs now try to eat you.
Balance Changes: Added an ability called "Write Memoir" telling the story of the Squig Herder's abuse from his larger countparts, the orcs, and how to make up for it he bullied the snotlings. The only reason he could cope with himself is to make friends with squigs. The ability grants everyone within 30 feet +500 intelligence for 7 seconds.

Swordmaster

Bug Fixes: The position things now correctly look like the Swordmaster is dancing the tango.
Balance Changes: Took away all abilities and added one ability that is the equivilent to the chosen's "Ravage."

Warrior Priest

Bug Fixes: Head now shines... very brightly
Balance Changes: Every hammer hit has a chance to crush bone, snaring the target and making them move at 1% movement speed...

White Lion

Bug Fixes: Lions now look like adorable kittens.
Balance Changes: Pounce now can be used cross map. Lions now juggle balls for circus entertainment, earning you gold.

Witch Elf:

Bug Fixes: Warpforged gear graphics has been fixed, the class is now pretty much naked in order to draw more curious 13 year olds to the game.
Balance Changes: All finishes are now ranged. Added move called "Seduce." All male characters in the area will have all stats reduced by 700, except for warrior priests, who will grow hair. All females will have their damage increased by 250% and their stats increased by 40 each.

Witch Hunter

Bug Fixes: Gunshots now correctly deal 8000 damage.

Today I killed Prince Imrik or something like that who is apparently the Dragon King of Caledor (or so Eka says) so today I am taking the title of Dragon King of Caledor, should you ever see me on the forums or in game call me Dragon King of Caledor. I even have proof that I am the new Dragon King of Caledor.

I figured it would look more epic with a sunrise in the backround, but there was none, so I improvised and made my own. Isn't it pretty?
Umad Eka? You not happy that I killed your beloved king of whatever and took his title?
And now Eka would say that I cannot become the Dragon King of Caledor because being the Dragon King of Caledor comes with responsibilities with nature and High Elf stuff like that. Well don't worry, I already have all that crap covered, I have all the responsibilities down!

As a matter of fact, I just settled a fight between two DRAGONS today, yep, they were argueing and I fixed it.

As most of you know, the NBA finals are going on right now, what you might not know is that ~~I blackmailed Shaq to retire~~ I am quite a big fan of basketball actually. I happen to be cheering for the Dallas Mavericks and their unfortunate luck in the first half of the 4th quarter to them last game made me annoyed, so I decided to talk in T4 chat about it. We ended up getting in a big conversation about the NBA and complaining how the refs seem to be calling for the Heat. (Which is an illusion cast on the world by the kitten god, in order to make everyone think their team always loses) I had since switched off the channel in the terribleness of defeat and when the conversation was over I decided to turn it back on to see the Mavericks had gone on a 20-2 run. Which, is good. The Dallas Mavericks ended up winning and I am convinced that T4 chat is the chat of the gods. Anything you say into that chat will come true. The Tree of LIFE!!

During a keep assault today (Which I usually never do, strangely enough) there was a wee little tree at order's keep in Kadrin Valley. This certain tree was different from all the others, he had a wonderful graphic bug on him because my computer is fail.

But I do think we should be seeing more of these trees, I want Mythic to make a whole forest full of these graphic bug trees. Can you imagine a full fledged battle in these trees that look like something that I'd see on TV when the TV loses signal?

I would give you an example and lots of reasons why Mythic should implement it, but that's Eka's job to do such tasks.

Today I got my first Doomflayer piece of equipment evar, not in the city, because no one ever gets gear in the city unless you're an RR 45 Marauder who will never log on again after that city. I did really good in the instance damage wise and heal wise (I switched to DPS spec and will go back to heal spec when I hit rr 84, or when I get bored, whatever comes first, so... when I get bored). I came 2nd in damage and who I think 3rd in heals? I didn't recheck this screenshot before I'm posting it. Now guys, get ready, it was very very hard to win, the amount of order in this TI was absolutely terrible.. get ready.

OH!!! Look at all those order I had to go up against. It was absolutely terrible to have to try and fight through all those order to stinky guy, or engineer guy or whatever their names are. (For correct names please see here)

I sorta got my UI to work, I still crash erryday though, erryday!

Renown in the good earth (Or warhammer world or whatever) has been plentiful. My DoK has feasted upon the renown and has even gained his first renown rank since december. Yay! 82-83 took forevar, amirite?
But, today I was selling stuff and getting my money from the AH items I sold, and I noticed something very terrible...

666 gold! 66 silver! 66 36 brass, bronze.. beads I don't know what it is. But you know, close enough. I have been convinced that my backpack is evil and should be treated as such (It sure would people auto targeting me, evil backpack MUST be destroyed, yo)

The Sigmar Tide Live Event sure has me interested (That's the name of the event right? Well who cares,if it's not, Mythic make it plz so I don't look stupid)

I want to embrace the live event and hug it like I would hug a stray kitty who just got it's first piece of meat in it's life. Wait, why would I hug a cat who's eating.. well whatever.

Well I'm back (I hope) I went through a whole day without crashing hopelessly during combat, and I made a new character since my AM that I was going to play is gimped in renown only rr 20 at rank 19, why did I make it before the patch?
Anyways, so I made yet ANOTHER Witch Hunter, this is my 3rd or 4th one I believe. I got him to rank 8 today, rr 11. So that is not bad at all.. I think.

Anyways, I was playing scenerios, and an old friend from a year or so ago gave me a message saying hi, and then he invited me into an ALL WH SC GROUP PALOOZA. And surprisingly it went very well.

I am not in this particular screenshot, but it just shows how well twink WHs work against... well everyone else.

This one shows the amazingness of a 6 man WH in t1, how amazing it looks.

And this is us waiting to pounce on our unsuspecting prey. What's really funny is when everyone stealthed but me because I have no stealth yet, and the other team was like

"AHHH YEAH, TIME TO KICK SOME BUTT" and ran at me. And I'd sit there like a helpless kitten and then all the other WHs would jump on them and kill them and this is a very long run-on sentence.

The problem is though, is that I have been getting a weird bug or something on my dok, when I try to set the number of hotbars to 2 or 3 so I can play with more abilities, I press "Apply" and "Okay" and it still does not give me an extra hotbar. It kind of annoys me.

On the subject of the blog, I am back and already planning future blog posts that aren't sudden like this one. The poll is back up too.

No don't worry, I'm still strictly Warhammer only. I just need to sulk somewhere. There has been no fix for this issue (that many are having) and I really just want to kick a trashcan so it flies dramatically across the air before hitting the wall and making a sound.

I slotted Restored Motivation because when I got ganked I could build that up then morale 3 stagger and GET OUTTA THAR! But now that I can't do that, I'll either have to..

The first thing I noticed as I logged on, what I was really big. I thought it was a bug at first, but then I was all "Oh yeah, 100 makes you BIG! :-D" So I was kind of confused for a second, but it was all good. Or was it.

LOOK! We're all big! Other than Schirge, what an outcast! He isn't one of the cool kids.. or destros or whatever.

But as I went to the trainer I first wanted to check out Khaines Invigoration, and holy crap is that move crazy. Not even in heal spec (in heal gear though) and it healed me for 1731. (Crit for 2423) .5 second cast, can be used on the run. The weird thing I thought, is it costs AP instead of SE.

But I put my points into healing and the numbers jumped to 1851 (crit for 2646)

of course, I'm forgetting this is in WARPFORGED, I can't say anything about sovereign.

I decided I'll spec into improving Rend Soul and see how that goes, I even had left over points to get the heal debuff from torture tree. My only concern is the new morale 4 for the sacrifice tree...

How OVERPOWERED this is, I mean REALLY Mythic? This is possibly the worst change you've made to any class, we wanted a nerf for the DoK, yet you give us the most overpowered morale in the history of morales?

Absolutely Ridiculous! I'm sure Eka has TONS to say about this matter of this tremendously Overpowered Morale Ability!

Onto my next thing, I decided to walk into bile (Bilerot Burrow, rank 40 dungeon, the IC) to test out my rend soul on the mobs here. With ease staying alive, however I am concerned with Rend Soul.. the tree it's in is maxed out, yet it only crits for 300... Oh wait.. I'm still in my heal gear.

Ahh here we go, YOU CRITICALLY HIT BILEROT PUSTONGUE FOR 750. You know what that means? a heal that heals for 2.5k+.

Maybe, just maybe, Melee Healer is viable.

Claim Window

With the popularity of account entitlements, we‘ve decided to improve the in-game delivery method of items associated with said entitlements. IT'S ABOUT TIME MAN Whether you have the plethora My Vocabulary is.. quite low. of items that came with the Collector’s edition or an adorable vanity pet They're not that adorable, we wanted to make it easier to claim your items! What this means is that item delivery for new characters or purchases will no longer go through in-game email I thought it was just mail, but it's Email? Well, you learn something new (almost) every day. Instead a new Claim Window interface has been added that can be accessed via /claim or via the Account Entitlements button on the Main Menu. All of your items will be accessible in this new window and can be claimed at any time. No more expiring emails! Yeah, I don't get it, but it sounds good.

But that’s not all Oh?! Accidentally lost your Trusty Mount? No We’ve got you covered No no no, Geiko has me covered, you're getting confused. Included in the Claim Window is the ability for characters to ‘reset I'm resetting my gold over and over’ specific items if they have lost or misplaced the original Misplaced my gode on expensive twink gear, you give me moniez back?. Certain items, typically currencies Like... oh darn and ‘charged’ items cannot be reset via this window. You can tell if a claimed item can be reset as the button will only light up for items that allow this functionality.

This new method of delivery will be used for all new deliveries to characters I see... perhaps we can compromise so I get my gold?. Characters who have been sent items in the mail previously will have those items shown as ‘claimed’ and any emails with items in them will continue to be accessible until they expireThank goodness!. Items that have been sent via email previously will be able to be ‘reset’ if the item allows it.

Armor Set Changes Uh oh...

The Renown Rank and level requirements for several item sets have been reduced to allow players to use them sooner in their careers So T3 is gonna be the new T4? (Like.. giant gear gaps I mean). With the new ranks for the above sets, a new armor set has been added to fill in the gap between Warlord and Sovereign. OH GREAT, just another to grind...

Scenario Shakeup

The battle has shifted!LET ME GUESS, SCs I do not like With the advent of 1.4.1, the lineup of the Scenario offering will be changing. A number of old scenarios are making their return Oh man..., some are retiring for the moment Meh, ok, and others are shifting tiers Eww. For a full list of the new line-up, see the RVR section. Optimizations

As part of our ongoing focus on giving players the best possible experience, we‘ve made a number of behind-the-scenes optimizations to the server and client code to increase performance.

General Changes & Bug Fixes

The time and duration of the penalty to Renown gain for repeatedly killing the same enemy has been adjusted Hooray maybe?. Players will now be able to procure Renown more often from their enemies with less time between kills needed to be effective. Let the crossrealming.. BEGIN!

We’ve made some adjustments to the renown bonus that is available for players that have the Progression pack. This means the curve for the Tier 4 levels will increase slightly and it will now continue into the early post-80 levels and ramp down to normal. OH MY GOD, THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! -cries- This is just what I needed

The AFK timer for Open World areas has been increased from two minutes to three minutes. Another Fabulous change

Adjusted warcamps to ensure that the OrvR tracker shows up in all zones properly. I think yay

Manor of Ortel von Zaris' gates will now open for Resource Carriers upon interacting with a Resource Carrier. Same, I think yay

Resource Carriers will now despawn when an RvR lake's winner is determined. Thank god!!

Skaven bosses, inside Thanquol's Incursion, will no longer suffer damage from Moral sources. What!?!? Seriously!??! That makes me want to... punch a... TV or something, Morale is how I damaged them in heal spec :-P

Misspelling corrected in the Skaven Skirmisher buff's tooltip. Fix.. wait is "Moral" supposed to be "Morale?" fix that mispelling.

Resource Carriers will now auto-dispatch if they come under attack while still awaiting orders at a Battlefield Objective. OOooooh good idea IMO

The following changes have been made to the Packmaster Skaven class: Touched a packmaster once, never again. Nothing to say on changes

o The cooldown for Strength in Numbers has been lowered to three minutes.

o Thwap! and Thwap!Thwap!!Thwap!!! are now ranged abilities.

o In addition to the Rat Ogre specific buff, which has not been changed, Thwap! now heals any friendly target for about 2% of the target's max health. The Packmaster cannot use this on himself.

o Thwap!Thwap!!Thwap!!! now places a HoT on any friendly target, except himself. The strength of the HoT is still dependant on the number of Overconfidence charges the Packmaster has built up:

 1 - about 3% of the target's max health per tick.

 2 - about 4% of the target's max health per tick.

 3 - about 6% of the target's max health per tick.

 4 - about 8% of the target's max health per tick.

 5 - about 10% of the target's max health per tick.

The range on the Gutter Runner's Sabotage ability has been lowered, preventing it from being used from behind Keep Doors. You can do that? Oh now you tell me

The range of the Gutter Runner’s Spy ability has been decreased to make it work more in line with its intent. The results will still be shown to everyone, but only within a decreased radius from the Gutter Runner. BOOOOO!!! That sucks for me.

The Skaven abilities Leap and Scurry Away now correctly respect the Champion's Challenge moral ability. Awwww haha, really loved leaping out of a champions challenge, made me feel all powerful

Battlefield Objective guards in Tier 1 have had their levels raised.
Fair enough, on my AM today in Blighted Isle I took a BO with 2 WEs on me, killed them too.

Keep Guards in EvC Tier 4 correctly remove themselves from the Keep only when the inner doors have been breached. Finally, that annoyed me so much haha.... no not really.. I .. never even noticed

Battlefield Objective flags now require 10 seconds of interaction to capture, and cannot be interacted with while under the effects of Last Stand. OH DARN, lol. Loved capping BO flags surrounded by zergs

Keep Guards in Tier 2 correctly remove themselves from the Keep when the Keep doors are breached. Lol. Remember once in ostland the guards actually bugged and wiped order for us... ahh good times

Leaving ORvR areas, while under the effects of a Skaven-applied defluff DEFLUFF, HURRY! or DoT, no longer warns non Skaven-controlling characters about the risk of losing Skaven control. Lol, no longer warns me huh?

Mantrap, Rats of War, Warpfire Thrower, and Doomrocket have been fixed to properly respect line of sight restrictions. Awwww doomrocket no more fly through keep walls at people?:-(

Enemy guards will now dispel the Last Stand effect from the player SCREW YOU!. The effect will also be dispelled upon entering an enemy warcamp. GAHHHHHHHHHHH, I loved using this trick to kill AFKers :-(

The cap for Renown Ranks for characters below Character Rank 36 has been increased. Instead of your Renown Rank being capped at your Rank, characters can now accumulate Renown and Ranks up to double their character Rank. This will allow characters to earn more Renown Ranks before entering each subsequent Tier. Rat grinding, say bye bye to tru!

Battle Fatigue will now correctly be listed as a Debuff rather than Defensive. That's always confused me, didn't know it was a bug

You will no longer be able to use keep doors while under the effects of roots, knockdowns, or staggers.Good and bad at the same time. I like escaping while staggered, I like staggering people, then they go through the door.

Bleed Out: The tactic is now available at level 35. Meh ok

Efficient Patching: Replaces the former tactic Persistent Rending. The new tactic allows Patch Wounds to cleanse one Ailment or Hex from your entire group. Persistent Rending sucked, YAY! :D but now I have one more tactic to try to argue with myself about.. :-(

Empowered Transfer: Increases Transfer Essence’s base heal to 125% and the healing from damage to 75%.

Essence Lash: This ability will now deal damage in a large radius in front of the target. For each enemy hit, you will regain 15 Soul Essence points. You will no longer receive Soul Essence upon activation alone. Not a good change IMO, I liked how it gave SE upon activation, oh wellz..

Khaine’s Invigoration: Replaces the former ability Consume Essence. The ability is quick heal on a short cooldown. It is available in the Path of Dark Rites at level 6 Sounds fun! But I didn't know consume essence was going bye bye =O Oh well, wasn't that great anyways...

Rend Soul: This ability is now available in the Path of Sacrifice at level 6. Right when the patch comes out, I am going to spec into this and see how it does... I'm hoping for awesomeness.

Restored Motivation: Heals will now have a 25% chance to grant your target Action Points. You cannot give yourself Action Points.Not many doks used this tactic but I did all the time, this change sucks, I loved using RM to give myself loads of Morale really fast (I'm assuming they're changing that based on "will now") So that really REALLY sucks haha

Terrifying Aura: The tactic is now available in Path of Torture at 7 mastery points. Path of Torture? From what I remember I always used this more in healing spec, =O did I go wrong?

Thousand and One Dark Blessings: The duration has been reduced. Gay. It was fine already IMO, a pretty overrated move. People act like it's a morale 1 or 2. haha. It's still awesome though.

Transfer Essence: The ability will deal slightly less damage. The heal portion has been redesigned to heal the group for a moderate amount in addition to half of the damage dealt. The radius of the heal is the equivalent of most group effects and will now heal the Disciple of Khaine as well.Ahhh awesome

Fixed the victory conditions for ‘Enfold the Sty of Sigmar!’ and ‘Capture the Enemy Lair’ to ensure they fire correctly.

General Changes and Bug Fixes

The Renown Rank and level requirements for several item sets have been reduced to allow players to use them sooner in their careers. This applies to the following sets: Annihilator, Conqueror, Invader, and Warlord.

o Annihilator – Level 25 to use, equipable at renown ranks 25-29Haha, ow.

o Conqueror – Level 35 to use, equipable at renown ranks 30-35 What a major change haha

o Invader – Level 39 to use, equipable at renown ranks 40-45 Can you say "OWNAGE IN T3!!"

o Warlord – Level 40 to use, equipable at renown ranks 54-60 At least this will give more equality in t4, VERY good idea by Mythic. Will also discourage rat grinding

With the new ranks for the above sets, a new armor set has been added to fill in the gap between Warlord and Sovereign. This new set is named as “worn” and will be available from some shady merchants in the less populated areas of the capital cities. The set will not be as powerful as normal Sovereign, but will give a good interim edge for players as they move up in ranks. It requires level 40 to use and is equipable at renown ranks 63-70. MORE GEAR TO GRIND?!?! :-P

Fixed an issue that cause the bind location name for the Unshackled Host to appear incorrectly on the Book of Binding.

Fixed an issue where the tooltip on the Funerary Shroud of Khalida was displaying the incorrect value.

Gholros the Deathless should now properly drop loot.

Gorthlak should now properly drop loot.
Stein effects will now persist through death.
The Caretaker proc for Warrior Priests and Disciples has been adjusted so that the tooltip will accurately represent the amount of healing to be expected.
The Martyr proc for has been adjusted so that the tooltip will accurately represent the amount of healing to be expected.

The 7 piece Warlord bonus for Zealots should now properly dispel additiona hexes or curses.
The Harvest Blade has the correct icon for its item type.

All versions of the Elixir of Tahoth have had their reuse timer increased to 30 minutes

Item Stat Changes

Dark Ritual: Knight and Swordmasters should now have the option of 2 items with different stats at the completion of this quest chain.

Nightflame Pain Link and Painlink of Grief for the Witch Elf should now give Strength instead of Ballistic Skill.

I feel like going over the transfers and how they have DRAMATICALLY effected my lovely lifeoftru.
But first, I must mention that my boredom last night caused me to mess with the bloggers names. For instance, Hypothetical War is now "Eka's creativity" or something like that I don't remember. But, in parenthesis there is the REAL name of the blog.
So, It'll say MY title Gaar's Guides n' stuff and then it will have the ACTUAL name of the blog in parenthesis (Gaarawarr Gabs) Everything else has remained the same.
If any of you bloggers got a problem with me distorting the blog's name, or dislike the name I have given your blog, please feel free to send me a message in game or leave a comment on one of my posts and say "YO TROOF, I DON'T APPRECIATE WHAT YOU BEEN DOIN' TO MY NAME" and I will set it back the way it was before. (Unless you're Eka, then you have no say in the matter... ok.. even you eka.. even you)

ORvR: My emotion to describe the current state would be...

Yes! Happeh! I have seen some great orvr in the lakes and it makes me such a happy troof. In Praag yesterday, as I showed you in my last post, there was RvR running amuck. Sure it was mainly a tug of war between both side's zergs in the middle of the map, but it gave me renown, and I got 10% last night, TEN PERCENT!! That's like.. I dunno 80k renown or something, that is certainly not bad at all. The Live Event also CERTAINLY makes the game more fun for me anyways IMO, It gives me something to look forward to I suppose. Whenever the Live Event starts a timer clicks on in my head and goes "I MUST ~~FIND THE 4 MASKS TO GO TO THE MOON~~ complete this event... :-D"

SCs: The SCs going on make me..

Well, SCs are popping 24/7 now and I absolutely love it. Last night I was like, "YO, I gonna go to bed at midnight tonight, I'm just gonna do one sc..."

then i queued, then it instapopped, then I was up til 3:30 doing instapop SCs and making me a happy person. I didn't do bad numbers either, even with the nerfed group heal. "OLD NEWS TROOF, WE NO IT'S NERFED"

I know, but I've been dps this whole time xD

My tops last night was 230k or something like that, I averaged around 160k for the night. So that's not bad, I also got 40k damage in one of them because of my morale 3 stagger I was usually cleverly (Right when Khaine is about to go BOOM, stagger and run, be sure to spam /dance as you're running away from the staggered victim) Which reminds me, Khaine is Khaine's Embrace has killed me more times than all of the order players combined in that SC I swear. I always forget that khaine goes boom, or I don't see the warning. Boohoo for me.

Lag: This makes me...

I have experienced worse lag than usual, but I guess if that's the price I must pay for lots of orvr and 24/7 SCs, so be it. I think that the lag will die down in a few days as well.

Of course, I have gotten pwned by multiple rr 90+ and even a rr 100 (WP shouldn't be able to crit for 3.8K.. XD)

But we'll see how the next few weeks play by!

KUH RAZE EE RvR in praag today. I haven't seen this RvR in awhile, then again, I just barely went back to heal spec from dps spec, so I didn't really join the zerg much. But today was great for renown.
And the new faces were absolutely spectacular.
I got to run around with Werit today too in praag.

So, I'm a bit late on this, and it's become old news of course. But It seems that Volkmar + Iron Rock are being merged with Gorfang. This makes me a happy tru, because that means I get moar friends to play with (and beg to grind with me)

But what I have been doing lately, is making a trial account and getting him to rank 10, just because I can. When I'm frustrated with T4 I can just go there and be a douchebag to rank 2 peoplez, I didn't think it'd be this hard to find helm shoulder and capes though.. man.. haha

It was recently brought to our attention that our beloved Andy Belford has left the position of CM, we all know him as the guy who we all blamed, even though he had nothing to with it. His announcement of leaving has brought out the best in people other than myself (Although deep down, this really ruined my day, even ask my guild, I was pretty sad) and he will surely be missed. Hopefully, he can still be a player of this wonderful game of Warhammer.
However, word in the hood is that James Nichols has taken over Andy Belford's position, so I present you all with this question.
Who can strut that hat better?

We all know Andy as the guy with the fantastic fasion sense in hats

Frankly I have no idea who the guy next to andy is on the top photo.

But he doesn't have a cool hat.

My question is, can James Nichols wear hats as good as Andy? I have no idea what he looks like, and when I tried to wiki him it came up with THIS And, I'm pretty sure that's not him, because if it is, then I will never troll on the boards again.. O.O

Hopefully, we'll see andy doing stuff for even more MMOs, and I'll be certain to play those if he does.

As of late PvP has been pissing me off cause I suck so bad, so I've been doing the storylines in order from chapter 1 to whatever I can get to before I get bored. I actually got to chapter 11 on dark elf.. I think 2nd chapter in avelorn is 11 right? Anyways.. so I got bored and decided that I'd start the chaos chapters.

I didn't get far.

And ever since last night, I've been grinding nurglings near the chaos starting area to attempt to get 100k NURGLING KILLS :D

It’s a brand New Year! Yup, Hai! For many, this is a chance to reflect, Like a mirror!! :D for others a time to look ahead. Regardless of your personal view of the New Year and what it brings, it marks a time for change. Like.. TZEENTCH!!! Wait... he's the change guy.. right? Eka correct me if I'm wrong

This month’s Producer Letter is being brought to you by James Casey The guy in the rat suit?. James has been a Producer on the project for some time and has run a number of WAR initiatives (New User Journey Oh..., Endless Trial OH..., Verminous Horde OHHHHHHHHH, etc.) in tandem with Carrie. Carrie is still working on WAR, but is looking at a different aspect of the game. This new focus will be revealed in due time. Sometimes I get focused when I play my dok, I don't like it when I die.. it makes me feel inferior.

In setting up this year, we took a look at what we accomplished last year and what remained on our ‘to-do’ or wish lists My wish list would to have a rally master on theislandoftru. These are gathered internally Like.. from organs? and from feedback Ohhhhhhhhh... that we gather all year long. We then plotted those out with our normal patch cycle in mind. Teehee, like a pirate's patch.

The actual numbered patches for this year (1.4.1, 1.4.2, 1.4.3, 1.5, 1.5.1 :D…) will follow a similar cadence to last year. Our first patch for the year (1.4.1) will be a smaller version dedicated to bug fixes When I was like, 7, I broke a grasshopper's leg off... but I don't think you're talking about that kind of bug fix and a few new features Yay!!!!!. Amongst those features will be a new way to claim account entitlements (such as the Snotling Herald Pets) I don't have that yet.. o.o. This new interface will replace the current method of delivering account entitlements via the in game mail system Will it still make me feel special when I see I have mail?. We did this for a number of reasons. The primary reason is that in-game mail expires by necessity I've lost many this way :-(. The new claim interface will allow you to claim the items anytime ooooooh!!!. The second reason is that we wanted to give you an easier method to recover lost items that you may have misplaced over time One time my pie disappeared for a few days, and I was sad, then I sent in an appeal, and in less than a day I got my pie back. Yay . For items that don’t have charges or function as a ‘currency’ item, such as War Tract scrolls, players will be able to reset those account entitlements at their leisure without having to contact customer service. Does this breastplate make my hip look wide? This new feature will cover all item based deliveries from account entitlements whether they are paid items like you can purchase on the EA Store or marketing rewards from events or the collector’s edition.

Another feature of the patch is a re-structuring of our Scenario line-up Yay! I think we should make Khaine's Embrace a permanent SC for all tiers.. :-)... or pheonix Gate.. :-D. We’ve monitored feedback and statistics over the last year and decided to shake up what scenarios are available all the time for each Tier Put all the SCs in a hat and draw them, that works best. The current structure of the Scenarios will remain unchanged, but the Scenarios themselves will be different Make everything a team deathmatch, first the 500 points, 1 kill = 1 point :-DDDDDDDDDDDDD. Some scenarios stayed where they are, some changed what tiers they are available at Did you know.... A cat can make over 100 facial expressions, while dogs can only make 10., and some are gone and replaced by other classic scenarios. For example; The Maw of Madness Meh, I never cared for this SC will be making its return to the Tier 4 scenario Queue. We’re going to be closely monitoring the scenarios when 1.4.1 goes live and will make further adjustments in later patches as go through the year based on your feedback. The mouth is on the face.. not the back.. duh

We have plans for major features for each of our numbered patches this year. YAY!!! :D The plans include expanding existing areas Oh my god.. somebody call Eka.. now.. NOW.. and features as well as new concepts to the Warhammer Online experience. With each subsequent producer letter I plan to share more of these plans. I like PQs.. do you like PQs man in rat suit?

Shifting gears a bit , I’d like to tell you about our plans for Live Events I am quite fond of Live Events. We have eight Live Events planned for this year WOW!! That's one for each month of the year! Wait.... Some of these are returning favorites (like the recently completed Keg End Wait til December please.. I'm tired of fireworks... also make it so the opposing realm can see your fireworks) and the forthcoming Night of Murder in February What a weird theme for valentines day.... Others are new ones we have planned to fill in some of the calendar gaps. YESSSS, THANK GOD, FINALLY!!! Along with the Live Events, we’ll continue to support Weekend Warfronts with plans to introduce some scenarios that haven’t made their debut in the Warfront format Just please don't say you're introducing something for Grovod Caverns... We also have some very special plans for Grovod Caverns GAHHHHHH, at least make it so I can summon my mount in the place then....

Along with the patches and live events, we also have plans to expand our services and Account Entitlement offerings this year. This includes introducing paid name changes I Won't change my name.., more pets Yay, and more ways to personalize your character Ehh.

Finally, I’d like to address a topic that I’m sure is close to everyone’s hearts; server population Cross Server SCs for t2 and t3 if possible plz. We’ve been monitoring the situations on each of our servers in every market Ever been to a Moroccan marketplace? Yeah me neither, I will one day though.. ONE DAY.... Our current situation on most of the servers shows us numbers that fall within traditionally acceptable parameters, notably our peak population values Mount Everest is a peak.. I think. Peak population is where we see the most activity on the server Go on...; during what is considered prime-time for the server or ‘peak’ hours You just repeated yourself.... However, we understand that population is a key component to enjoying the game YES :D. As part of an effort to ensure off-peak hours are as enjoyable as peak hours can be, we are actively discussing our plans for lower population servers Man, I tried to log onto my Dark Crag character yesterday.. that place is dead, let me tell you... no one but me I swear.. come to think about it, I wasn't even able to log on... If you haven’t heard anything to this effect by the time this letter sees print, you should see something very soon I saw it.. yes.. I did.... We are committed to ensuring that we do what is needed to make sure players enjoy their experience in WAR. Well, that's fortunate.

I've done the rank 40 hard PQs for all of destro, I haven't done one of them for order yet.
I finally got my first chance to do one with Oldrunnar today, and god dam I was laughing so hard that I had to stop taking screenshots.
As is the norm with most of my posts, to me, they're "ROFLCOPTARLAWLERSNESS" at the time, but by the time I post, it's more of a "You had to be there" moments.
And, I know that you're probably sick of them, and you're like "TROOF, WHAT THE CHRISTONFERNOFFERISH?!??! Y U NO DO ANYTHING GOOD ANYMORE" and I say "Well.... I don't know.. but have you seen my cat?" And I understand those.. but theres just something about giant kitchen appliances that attack you that brings everyone together.

How about... uhh..... I have no good title for today.

But.. anyways..

I'm not OFFICIALLY in t4 with my lovey little Witch Hunter.. I'm just rank 30, and therefore can fly to the t4 zones.. I don't get the buff yet to 40, but however I can become a gutter runner and that increases my damage dealt by ~~OVER 9000~~ a fairly good amount, enough that I can kill the wandering Zealot or the afk DoK.

However, what I failed to realize before I went into t4 is... how often will Gutter Runners be available... who does TI anymore? And those who do TI, who actually turns in the skaven stuff?
So I find myself waiting at the portal all day trying to find something else to do such as...

YAY! I FINALLY got back full heal sov for.. well.. healing.

I hadn't got a gold bag for at least 2 months.. maybe more.. (probably more) Then I do a city today. HOORAY!!! Only me and another dok rolling on the sov!

And MAN is it nasty, My crit is less than what a normal heal would do before.

In other words, I'm sure that the "EPICNESS RENOWN 50% GAIN BONUS WOOT WOOT" is helping me a lot, I love renown and exp bonuses, and renown really compliments exp does it not?

It feels very nice when you kill a magus in orvr with 400% aao and score 11k exp and 4k renown (W00T)

Our Favorite Dev Andy has posted a thread saying they're looking for more Core Testers, I thought to myself.. "Hey! This is a wonderful oppurtunity...oppertunity..oppartunity...GAHH. We're looking for more players to fill the Ranks of the Core Test group! Are you an avid player of WAR? (YES!) Are you Hardcore? Casual? (Uhh...both) Something in between? (Yeah! This!) We're looking for your input and feedback to help make WAR all it can be! (Hooray!)

What is the Core Test Program? (Something I aspire to be at this moment in time.)

The Core Test Program is a small, hand selected group of players (Speshul people!) chosen for the capability to provide insightful (Uh...), intelligent (Uh oh..) and critical feedback (I volunteer Eka) while at the same time remaining rational and constructive (Eka no longer applies). Of course, you DO NOT want to go into the city... City is fun and all... when you're with a rr 70 premade... wait.. no... even then it's not fun... It's fun when you win gear.. YES! Oh he's not here? You say he's raging on the forums over how people in sovereign are rolling on keep bags? Typical.

If there is anything I hate doing, (I'm being honest here) it's ~~being dunked in a pool of dead frogs~~ going into the city, when I have lockouts on every single stage. I almost ALWAYS pug city (I find I get better chances than if I go in with say, a fast built so called 'premade') and I say about... 60% of the time I get a bad, bad instance against gorfangs most feared order players. But 40% of the time I get a good instance... by good instance I mean win at least one stage, I only win all 3 stages.. maybe 10% of the time I pug, which isn't bad IMO.

Yes, it is a low number, but seriously, stage 3 lockouts for 3 days? (or something like that) 10% Is about the time I need for 3 days to go by.. maybe. But what am I waiting for? Each time it seems that I roll for warpforged and some rank 35 named Rastifusionator gets it (I swear, all early t4 people have weird names). And then I do /cry and maybe to vent my anger I /t4 DO YOU LIKE KITTENS?!?! I LIKE KITTENS!!!

But really... what was I onto... Oh.. yeah, my ranting got away from me. What I was going to say, is about 1/2 the people in my alliance will refuse to go into the city if they have lockouts, and me too, I admit it, I won't be like "OMGOMOGMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOGMOGMGOMG NOOOO I WILLL NOT GO INTO THE CITY BECAUSE I HAZ LOCKOUTS"

During IC seiges, I gank outside if I have lockouts

During Altdorf Seiges, I gank inside the city... being of no use to my team... yay dps doks?

But I rarely.. RARELY try hard when I have a stage 3 lockout, I know you're like "Dood... that's cold man" and I know. I don't care. Ok maybe I do.

In other news, I'm thinking of activating my order account again and making a Witch Hunter. YAY ME!!! I already have a rank 36 WH on badlands... but I never play it for some reason. So I'll make a new one on gorfang! (This is still a maybe, I don't think I want to put up with the 'HE PLAY ORDAR AGAIN?!?! HE CWOSSWELMAR!'

But, to celebrate me going dps spec, Mythic even ~~made a game called 'dance dance prostitution'~~ gave us fireworks to light in celebration of thehealeroftru finally going DPS spec.
Although, I must say, dps spec is a lot funner than I thought it would, especially it being forced dps spec.

I can one shot people! (as long as their below rank 20)

One ability I have found ~~overpowered~~ Fun to use is the Last Stand ability, nothing feels better than running into the order warcamp and killing afkers for 10 seconds, and being immune to guards and other players. (I still can't seem to kill eka though... I blame nerfed buttons)

Although, I have found myself with many many many weaknesses, for instance, If you emote me,. I emote back and let you pass.

But, the biggest weakness I have, comes from when you turn into a skaven, you might think.

Well I suppose we should go over your Gutter Runner!

This is your Gutter Runner, he is what you'd expect if Dick Cheney and Larry King had a baby, assuming they could reproduce.

What? You're saying they're both guys? Oh, you are wrong, for Dick Cheney is neither.

Lets go over the different abilities your Gutter Runner has.

#1: Weeping Blade

Hey! This is the move you will be using the most as a Gutter Runnar! This ability does about 450-500 damage average! Yaaaay!

This is Weeping Blade when used with a secret nerfed buttons hack I found.

Ok ok.

Press X, circle circle, X, Up, down, L2, R2, L1, L3, Triangle

And that gives you Weeping Party Blade

#2: Spin Slash

My favorite ability in the game other than "/cheer".. oh wait, cheer is my macro. Then yeah this is my favorite ability in the game

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

What a fantastic ability, it makes you jump over keep walls, over enemies, over the moon, over chuck norris (Almost).

Pro-tip: When you kill someone as a gutter runner and you have this move ready for you to use, you do "/S GUTTER GUTTER GUTTER RUNNAR.. AWAAAY!!!" then you use Leap, preferably over a keep wall, or just out of sight so you seem like a freaking amazing supar hero.

#4: Snare Net

What a good move! When people are running away from your pulsing awesomeness, you throw this where they run and if it lands on them, then they are dealt 250 damage when they move, and I have killed 1/2 wbs with this ability I'm not even kidding

I would have shown you the aftermath of this screenshot, but.... order isn't so friendly when you snare net their healers.. and... Blood + Gore not allowed on this blog.... Ok maybe a bit... in the next screenshot.

#5: Gutter Run

In the Life of.. A choppa :D

And because talking like a choppa is so effing annoying. I'll just *ahem* "Translate" with a few obvious words like Stunties. Also, I want you to give this Choppa a british accent and have him say "Beer Can" with that accent.

What does it sound like...? Yeah it's awesome, huh.

But anyways...

Day 1: Oh hey, I just magically transformed from some fungus thing into a choppy thing. I met some random guy who calls himself "Da Boss" kind of self centered if you ask me. He called us all together for a meeting tomorrow, wonder what for.

Day 2: DEAR GOD, We're soldiers! We're soldiers! I didn't know that we came out of small fungus type organisms just to fight! If I had any clue I would have never signed up for this! (Wait.. did I sign up?) Anyways, Da Boss has called us to go to battle against some things called "Stunties." Whatever a stuntie is, It sounds like something I'd do on a motorcycle.

Day 3: Had my first encounter with stunties today, they sure do fly easily. They look kind of like Russell Brand, just a lot shorter and with braided hair. In my stunty battle today, I killed two stunties, I was so excited, I felt the blood raging through me and I grew to almost the size of Da Boss. This military thing might actually be fun!

Day 4: Had another fight today, but we lost this one, I barely made it out alive with some other orcs and Da Boss, I was crying because of our losses but Da Boss said it was "No big deal."

Day 5: More deaths on the battlefield today, My orc pal Grommy has told me that we're on a suicide mission. Suicide mission? Bah! We're soldiers we're not expendable.

Day 6: Today for the first time I saw a small lanky fellow walk into our camp today, his skin hurt my eyes it was so bright. He said that "Tzeench" demanded more forces. Grommy says the lanky fellow's name is "Humie" and that Tzeench is just another name for Gork.. or Mork?

Day 7: Another battle today, many killed. Some of my fellow orcs are starting to murmur against Da Boss, some even speak of revolt.

Day 8: Revolt taken against Da Boss, blamed on the stupid snotlings. Snotlings killed and eaten for today's dessert.

Day 9: More Humies are coming into our camps, I'm not sure what to believe, what the gork (...mork) is going on?

Day 10: I don't know what to do! The Humie that came into our camp a few days ago arrived and turned into something horrible! I do not know what it is, perhaps I should send a gobbo out to check.

Day 10.5: Gobbo hasn't returned, I'll go out and check.

Day 10.75: Found Gobbo, inside my stomach. Oops.

Day 11: Da Boss has suspected me of murmuring, what am I do to, for I am innocent! We're all out of Snotlings!

Day 12: Da Boss was mysteriously killed this afternoon. The other orcs have celebrated me as a hero, although I did not do it.

Day 13: Grommy told me he was suspicious of me and wasn't sure about my motives, I told him that Gork would tell him the right thing.

Day 13.5: I mean Mork.

Day 14: I was walking outside our camp, I saw a weird thing eating some cows in the grass. Not sure what it is, it scared me very much... Should I kill it?

Day 14.5: Alerted Grommy and the other orc of this strange creature in the brush.

Day 15: My camp was attacked by the creature I saw in the bush, after seeing a closer look as it rampaged, I saw it was the thing the humie turned into. Me, Grommy, and another Orc named Kish have gone to find help.

Day 16: Killed a Slayer today, was quite a sight, the fight with passion I wish I could be just like them maybe. Not a stunty of course, but as vicious as them. Saw a humie party of people running toward our camp and warned them of the danger, and they simply replied, 'Yes! We must harness the power of the chaos spawn!' and ran off.

Day 17: Grommy was killed today! A snotling pushed him off a cliff by accident. I do not know what to do, I'z so confused! Maybe I should go and join the skinny Humies, they seem to know what to do!

Day 17.5: Snotling not eaten by the way, me and Kish decided to throw him at the stunty cannons when the stunties is sleeping!

Day 17.75: Oh no! Run! When we threw the snotling he made a loud noise and they killed him and now they're coming for us! And some of the Skinny Humies were after us too!

Day 18: Kish told me that the skinnier Humies are called Elf. We stumbled upon another Orc camp and were accepted by the group, the new Boss has the same name as my old.. Strangely enough.

Day 19: We are being told by Da New Boss to move out of camp, not sure where we're going. He says somewhere near the humies.

Day 20: We're being sent to a giant battle. Da New Boss says I may not make it. I wish I do make it, but Da New Boss says in Orc heaven theres all the stunties you can kill!

Day 25: Have had no time to say, we won the giant battle though, Kish however was struck by an arrow and we had to leave him behind. He didn't care about being left behind, he just started screaming out stuff like "OI! THERES A BOW-MAN UP THERE!" but we just left him there because.. theres an arrow in his orcy spine, of course theres a guy with a bow up there.

Day 32: Just lots of battles being fought lately, no time to write.

Day 33: Da New Boss says I need to go scout the castle. He says it's full of all the Stunties I can kill and all the Humies I can slash. Oi! It's orc heaven!

Day 33.5: I got to the castle, came back because of too many stunties and elfies. The light sparkly elfies.

Day 34: Da New Boss say get out of 'ere and go to the castle and run headfirst into it... Ok I guess..

Day 35: Here I go.. WAAAGH (Our beloved choppa then runs toward the keep at high speed flinging his choppas high and mighty being struck by many arrows and firebolts, he hits the keep with a large *THUD* and dies there, thinking "Oi! Me Life Sucks!")

But anyhow, back to my rant. My problems with 1.4.

Though there is very many GOOD stuff about it, I'll decide to rant as I have no other post today. (SORRY GUYZ)

There are too many City seiges: I R CRITICALOFTRU, I am sorry, but it's true. On saturday (I was on 19 hours that day... oh boy I need a life) there were a nice total of 7 city seiges (if I remember right.. at least 5 for sure). Not that that's bad or anything.. just it stops my gutter runner ganky ganky stabby stabby. And it can get really lame if you have no warband.

Not to mention the bug that's going on that says your instance is full please queue (To fix this, join queue and leave queue as you're running into city). That has caused some firey arguements in region chat. And ragequits. And I know they sorta kinda tried to stop low rank players from rolling on sovereign and stuff, but there are still lowbies who do it. Just to be asses most of the time. Don't get me wrong, opt out on gold bag is amazingly awesome, but I think they need to HALT all sub 40s rolling on sov. Even sub rr 50 or 60. Not to mention people who don't have the rvr pack can roll on doomflayer and warpforged.

And bacon. And cats. Don't forget Bacony Cats.

But seriously, what is the deal with the griffons/manticores you can fly on. Theres too few of them, theres a freaking LINE for them.

This is a serious to god picture for waiting for flying mounts that bomb for 300 damage each hit. No, not kidding, the line even got BIGGER, and by then I was laughing so hard licorice came out of my ears. (Wait..what?)

Skaven wait times are ridiculously long. Theres this poor black orc who any time of the day he'll be spamming in region.

"Wheres the skaven at.... Wheres the skaven at.... Wheres the skaven at... Wheres the skaven at......" you almost feel bad for him because he only enjoys gutter runner. It's quite sad actually. What if Tom Cruise lost his wife? What if Scooby lost Shaggy? What if Sarah Palin lost her way of talking? Or worse... What if Amy Winehouse lost her drugs OMGWTF.

Enough on the black orc who smokes skaven (I suppose it's better than any other drug)

Anyhow, I want my skaven, I don't want to wait 30 minutes. And after that 30 minutes I don't want to be sitting at the spawn for 20 minutes right clicking on the portal hoping to be the first one to get skaven (average # of people waiting at a destro portal on gorfang is around 4 or 5)

80-100 was fun 80-81. I hit 81, and now I'm just like.... god... 19 more ranks to go... and magically lost all determination. (By the way, I hear Xylophone, AM on my server is nearing rr 85...and that was on saturday afternoon.. imagine now..) Sure... 80-100 was designed to give me more ranks to grind.. but ... Yeah I can't complain

When everyone's favorite dev said this about the skaven damage, I was quite disappointed, I thought that my str didn't matter to the skaven damage so all skaven did the damage I did.

Boy was I wrong.

Andy was probably like 'Wow, this healeroftru guy is retarded if he thinks gutter runners do bad damage'

And I don't blame him.

I found out that STR did indeed matter to your Gutter Runner when two friends of mine, a marauder and a WE decided to go gank with me with gutter runners, I saw that they killed people faster than I could ever dream in my current spec. I was doing about hits for 200-300, they were hitting for 600-700 hundred sometimes. Maybe more.

Anyhow, the past few days have been a blast (Apart from QQers spamming t4 that they're gonna quit, STFU ZAMMAEL, no one cares :D )

But I have had the most frikkin fun I've ever had in WAR the past few days, running around as skaven playing the pretty cake song while killing people.

No joke, I play the pretty cake song in vent while I kill Bright Wizards.

I spent all day playing skavenz,

Orvr Changes: Oh my god! Thursday Morning everyone is logging on to get a piece of their new orvr, BUT servers are down for patching.... an hour goes by... more patching. Patching goes an hour over schedule.
After it's done patching the first 50 people to log in are going to say in region "I'Z FIRST TO LAWG IN! THAT MAKES ME BETTER THAN YOO!" Everyone will start playing their epicness orvr and it will be so fun.
Until about a day or two later. Friday or Saturday people are going to wear themselves down over orvr and then they will cry because they'z bored now! Oh no what to do! Why can't Mythic serve to each and every person's needs and complaints. WHY!?!!??!
People will start posting on forums about how boring it is, and then they will rage log and threaten to leave.

The new renown training abilities: People will come in and be like "HAHAHHAA this is going to make me soooooo herd ta kill!" And everyone's giggling as they respec to be invincible with their new found flee improvements or whatever the hell they're going to spec into.

Then they CHARRRGEEE into battle! It's glorious at first because they think they are so cool, they're tearing through the enemy. But theres one guy left.. an rr 80 IB lets say.. he's specced into full defense and they're beating on the dumb IB with two full freaking warbands. He's been sittin' there spamming /lol this whole time. And right when he's about to die, a rr 80 RP comes and heals him back to full and runs away so the two WBs can repeat the process of killing this IB.

And then every rage quits.

An example of this confusing player is...

Wow! Wow! Now I'm going to have to grind renown again??!?! (By the way, for the record, I can't wait to see who hits rr 100 first so I can laugh at them for playing 3 days straight... but at the same time I'll be jealous)

When I found out that the rvr pack was coming on 11/18 I rushed downstairs and started screaming at the person who was currently playing WAR about it.
Their reaction wasn't so excited as myself.

YES! YES! OH MY GOD! Ok ok! I'll stop I'm done with the cat pics...

But I started screaming and the person playing ran away under the couch to ponder/sleep about what the rvrpack will be like.

So I could then scream in /t4 "GOYZ! GOYZ! THAR BE AN RVRPACK 11/18!" and people giving me tells that I'm trolling and stuff and when I bet 500g they were like "OMG yooz real!??!" (Ilthay -_-)

But to be honest, I could give a damn about rvrpack, I don't want to grind more levels, I'm having a perfectly good time relaxing at 80, I don't want to stress for two more years to hit 100. The thing I am loving though is the 1.4 changes to tiers and SCs, I am so excited for SCs.

I'll be honest, I was addicted to solo healing for renown during my time grinding to 80, now with the ranks I highly doubt I will do that.

I am also very fond of the white warpforged helm.

I don't have a picture for it, but OH MY GOD it looks like something I'd dress a 5 year old in for halloween. It's pretty uh... weird. It's like a kitty face for a helm :D

I actually played the game instead of trolling around for the first time in god knows how long, and I loved it.

By the way, my "4" key (group heal key) squeaks when I touch it now cause it's used so much o.o

Right now our record is at 5-2 for tonight and just getting started. We beat a full rr 80 sov premade using our skillz (we have a conq, two invaders two warlords and me being the sov) so we're doing pretty good for now.

I have more heals than Tiger Woods has mistresses, we'z doing pro. But now that I said that, it will probably start to suck now.

YES! IT'S TRUE! I waited about NINE MONTHS for last night. I was going to make a post about this last night but I was to busy giggling at the TV starting at 5:30 all the way until conan was on. Waiting... just waiting while giggling...

So I came home today and was really happy that there was a test on the PTS tonight... but then I go to the herald to see what time it was at. And turns out it's postponed for tomorrow. This makes me a sad Wall-E. But Atleast they didn't throw out a test altogether.
IMO Mythic is doing one thing right...

RvR Tier Bracket Adjustment: WOW! Love it, makes t1 non twinkable now (well twinks will get owned) and all the other tiers will be........ interesting... gonna make soloing at low ranks IMPOSSIBLE anymore. T4 rank 32+ has been fixed though.

Scenerio Matchmaking: Oh god, I don't want to be paired with all the PROmades ;-): Well guess I'd better stop pugging. But even so, this makes me extremely happy and this is awesome. If it shows your rating this will also put a halt to people thinking a person is good, yet another person thinks that same player is bad, because rating will say otherwise.

Ease of aquiring gear: They're making gear WAAAAY easier to get, which frankly... will be epicly awesome ^_^

The Patch Notes were released, how amazing is this? Not so exciting.

No DoK changes, you hear me, NO DOK CHANGES. Not even a nerf. And I didn't even check Warrior Priest.
There was really nothing there that I already didn't know, or is it There was really nothing there that I already knew? Gah I hate the english language, I don't care, you get what I'm saying. There was nothing new for me there.
Except that WEs Heart Render Toxin doing a lot of damage was supposedly a "Bug" and not a nerf as we all thought.
How sad.

In other news, I have found I love White Lions. LUB DEM. LUB DEM SOOOO MUCH! I made one and I've gotten him to rank 6 today. Planning on playing more until rvrpack.
Once the RvR pack comes out, I'm canceling my order account until I hit rr 100. I wouldn't even be playing that account when I need more renown to grind, so It'd just be a waste of money.

1. Why would I want the character I am currently playing to DIE, my point is I'm trying to build build build renown, lots of it.
2. Telling destro about a morale bomb would be pointless "Oh hey guys in 20-30 seconds we're doing a morale bomb" because you really can't a morale bomb unless you spread out, and everyone knows that destro is always on vent, Every single one of them on the exact same vent at a time...right?
3. I'm already rr 80... or am I? Perhaps this good sir knows more about my dok than I do?!?! OH MY GOD I never even thought about this fact. Wow. How weird.

Today in my third city instance EVAR on my Warrior Priest (EVAR I say....EV....AR...) EVAR!
Anyways, I crashed client so I could be a champion, and I was :D. After a long emote war with all of destro, stage 3 finally came and I was a happy little/big champion.

I tried to draw stewie griffin, but I failed so I Xed it out because it sucked. I also drew the olympic torch with me inside of it.. but thta failed to.. And I didn't want to cross it out.

But I didn't win because I was outnumbered by destro,it was 12 to 1. And a rank35 doesn't fare well again 12 high renown rank players.

But the emote made it better.

A Humorous guide to the brand new dungeon THANQUOL'S INCURSION :D

Once you enter, as you probably know by now, is a nice little tunnel and a timer that starts the instance similar to a city instance. Once you're let in, you're left to sit with the uncharming personality of Skeetk.

Mythic DESPERATELY needs to fix the coding on this guy, he thinks he's the local gas station check out guy. This guy was very unpleasant, when you start attacking him he calls for the police, then tells you that you can't get out because he hit the silent alarm button. When you have an engineer on him he throws $100s at you, even though in this game bills are good for nothing but wiping blood off your blade and/or epeen. Sometimes he switches into engineer mode, and all of the sudden starts talking like a dwarf, I just don't get it, the coding on this guy is worse than the coding on Rosie O'Donnell (Or Christine O'Donnell).

The next fine fellow is the John Goodman of Skavendom.

NO! Party Dinosaur! RUN FROM ROSIE O'SKAVEN!! This guy puts out emote things that say "-whatever his name is- is hungry" "-bleh- is looking for food" which is EXACTLY what happens with John Goodman. You see... he puts on a Sulley costume and hides in children's closets, then at night time he comes in and gobbles them up, so when your kid says theres a monster in the closet you'd better check just to make sure there's not really a monster in the closet. Because John Goodman does this stuff, on thanksgiving dinner he thanks no one but the stove, because the stove doesn't steal food from him.

And- waitz just a minute I need to be talking about Thanquol's Incursion this is no good.

The next boss is slightly confused on what he is.

Our next boss says he was supposed to be born a ~~boy and got surgery to change this~~ Zealot, because he looks the exact freaking same as a zealot...BUT..BUT!

~~Does he Look like a BITCH?~~ He kind of has stuff around him like a nurgling, so I'm not as sure to what this guy is. Maybe he's the poop of John Goodman Skaven.

This is terrible! Terrible! He also has a cloud that protects him, so... he's an angel as well?
This makes him a... Skazelingel. (Skuh-Zel-Ihn-Jehl~~-Doh-Ray-Me-Fah-Soe-Lah-Tee~~) A skazelingel..Yeah that's what I'll call him in vent now, "EVERYONE, FOCUS THE SKAZELINGEL" and everyone will be like "say whaaaaa"

You know theres things that the devs cannot say, that they DESPERATELY want to say, but they can't because that would be unprofessional.
The following are situations, and what they would like to say.

Situation One: They're reading over the forums, and there are some nasty comments about them spread out everywhere. They're feeling quite sad, and need a banana. However, the Mythic giant Fridge of bananas IS ALL OUT OF BANANAS. They're feeling a bit POed, so they go back to the forums to update the Marauder changes. After that they go back to looking at posts to lock on the forums. Then they see a thread titled "Mythic Sucks". They go in, and basically what it says is "MIFFIC, YOO'Z MEAN, YEAH.. YEAH.. YOOZ WAAAY MEAN, YOO BANNED ME BECAUSE I SPEED HACK, EVEN DOH I DOHN'T SPEED HACK"
They look him up and try to find his case, but they find out... he isn't banned.. he's just trolling.. This is where they want to yell at the community...

This is what they'd like to say to us.

Situation 2: It's the Q&A after the Public Test on Warpstone! They're excited to answer all our questions about classes and content and fruit and whatever. And they're going down the list. Then we get to someones comment that says something like... "What are you doing about the Magus, we're getting nerfed and nerfed and I think you guys suck at making this game, I've been playing games for 3 years, that means I'm a pro gamer, and I know everything about balance and stuff... oh and I play a magus"

In the office on vent, Andy is /facepalming himself, because people who can't one shot ironbreakers complain. Really, what Mythic would like to say to the player who can't one shot ironbreakers is...

Clark Gable does put it very nicely.

Situation 3: They're having a PM back and forth with a player who seems to not understand, DoKs are not underpowered, and are not going to get a buff anytime soon, BUT the player is terrifyingly persistent, insisting that he can't heal as good as the rr 80 warrior priest.

Once again Mythic sends him a PM saying that DoK is not getting a buff. But he persists, and asks again.. Mythic says...

Situation 4: Some troll is going around to all websites posting crap about Mythic, The Devs catch wind of these after restocking their banana fridge. They're really mad at this, how they really hate trolls, as seen in Situation one. What they'd like to say is.

See guys! They all say we should stop bashing mythic, because bashing Mythic is going to do nothing but make you look like a moron, just like Thehealeroftru, He's a moron, and you don't want to end up like him, do you?

But seriously, chat was getting pretty nasty today.

Now that I used finally used my Chris Cocker, excuse me, Chris Crocker picture for something, now onto the wonderful live event.

I finally, FINALLY got the stupid 8th mask today, After about 10 times of toiling hard healing as much as I could and placing around 20th in contribution, I FINALLY get a bag by...

AFKING.

That's right, being afk, I went afk to go get something to eat, and when I came back "You have ranked 7th in contribution" out of about 24 people. Then I rolled a 700, which was enough to get me 3rd place, and a nice shiny Face-Eater mask. I now have all the masks but one (which I threw away LAST event, so I need to get that sometime)

My goal of getting full inf on BOTH my warrior priest and my dok probably won't happen. But... whatever. I'll just ask at the Bloodthirster PQ.

I really wish that Mythic had at least added two more masks. Instead of just staying with the normal 8.

Oh well.

Ok... Ok... theres no music. Or dancing. Or ... Anything.

BUUUT, there is the PTS I went to yesterday, You see what happened, was there was a large bug that made them end the PTS prematurely (They said at the moment it only allows a certain amount of instances to be active at one), BUT I still got into the dungeons. Lets start a clock of how I got in even though the instances were full.

0:00:00: Everyone tries to join in the dungeon, we're all transported to Norsa :D
0:00:30: Mythic announces they're ending the PTS as it's a bug that will take coding to fix.
0:00:00-0:10:00: Immature assfaces CWY CWY CWY in advice chat and region, they obviously didn't get the term TEST. Say it with me. T-E-S-T. TEST, Don't think it was supposed to go smoothly. While it is a preview for new content, that is not all it is, by coming to the PTS you are agreeing to help them with the new content, they can't test with all the devs, because this dungeon-thing is a 24 VS 24, there are not 48 devs. During this 0-10 minutes I try to calm people down by telling them the sad truth of why they were invited here, but all I see in chat is "WAH WAH WAH CRY QQ, /EMO", One notable quote was "IT'S 3 AM HERE, WHY CAN'T THEY MAKE A TEST JUST FOR EUROPE" which I promptly threw my computer out the window at, because if you read the herald, they DID.
0:10:01: People quitting after the QQing.
0:15:00: The smart people stay, do orvr til more people leave.
0:20:00: TADAAAAAHHH an instance open because everyone left.

Also, I lead the BESTEST BESTEST WB EVAR because it was an all Gorfang Warband, not that I don't like other servers, I just like running with people I know (we did invite a few people from other servers because there weren't that much gorfangys) TY for all those destro who came to our gorfang wb

But skeeter or whatever the hell his name is is the first boss. (He's a hillbillay Skaven) Skeeter's PQ drops green bags. Just green bags.
I didn't get past he second boss or get to the third, because I got bored. I'm sorry to say that, I really am. But you just run in a big room, and then you meet order with the boss in the middle, and you aoe the crap out of everything. It wouldn't be so bad, but GOD are those bosses tough, I swear 30 minutes after boss 2 started he was still above 50% (and that's not an exaggeration, not even joking with you)
So, they're fixing it, test'll be maybe next week, hopefully we don't get as much Chris Crockers (ZING)

In other news, my wonderful WP has hit t4, and is not doing bad at all :-D

Those are two of the times where I've been top heals. I've come extremely close a lot of the other times (Mostly within 5-10k heals) but sometimes I do terribad and get like 50k off. :-( I WILLY WILLY WILLY like playing this Warrior Priest. It makes meh happay.
